PURCHASING BACK ISSUES AND PUBLISHED ARTICLES
Single articles can be purchased only through ordering the
issue in which the article was published at a cost of $20.00 per issue if
currently still available in print. If
the article appears in a Special double issue the cost would be $45.00 per
issue. Purchasing back issues grants the purchaser acceptable use copyright
access.
