The Survey assists organizational leadership by providing information about employee issues that impact the quality of service delivered by the organization. The data provide information not only about employees' perceptions of the effectiveness of their own organization, but also about employees' satisfaction with their employer. More information about the Survey is available from our homepage. The information you received regarding the Survey may have a listed a contact person from within your organization who is available to answer any questions you may have. The on-line survey does not have the capability to save partial information for completion at a later time; therefore, it is necessary to complete the entire instrument in a single session. After the last item, you will be asked to submit your responses. Many demographic questions are included in this survey for research purposes. To ensure your responses remain anonymous, your organization will not receive reports for categories that contain less than 5 people.
